Located directly on the historic Royal Mile our apartments will allow you to immediately immerse yourself in the extravaganza that is the Edinburgh Festival by simply stepping out onto the street.

From some of our top floor St Giles apartments, there are some stunning views of Edinburgh & Fife. During the Festival and Hogmany periods these sought after apartments will also give you spectacular views of the fireworks celebrations.
